  9. Seems to me to be a tad early for Christmas, but premature celebrations are taking place here too, and the stores fill your ears ad nauseam with Christmas carols. I feel like telling someone, I came to buy cabbage, not listen to this drone! Bergen, as always looks lovely, brought to us by its most ardent admirer. Hugs from Ontario.

  19. Ahhh, julmarknader....

  26. Dear Anita,
The beautiful houses in this street alone exude a cozy atmosphere, and the Christmas market with its many wooden toys also has a very atmospheric effect on me. In Austria all Advent markets are canceled again - we have the 4th lockdown. My husband and I are for 23.12. registered for booster vaccination.
    Warm greetings to you,

  28. Hi Anita,
How beautiful and peaceful is your city. Wonderful photos, reminding us that Christmas is almost upon us. I loved the craft pieces. I've already visited some countries in Northern Europe like Finland, Estonia, Sweden (my son is going to study there in January 2022), but I haven't been to know your beautiful country yet. I hope that next year I can go back to the trips I love so much.
    Have a nice Sunday

  30. It does seem exciting to see all the sites of a Christmas market. I haven't been out for years, it seems like, to see everything Christmas. We do drive to the area of wealthy people to see all the wonderful decorations they put up each year. It's quite magical.
